Who is responsible
Frymora, operated by Fatmir Varaku in Kosovo, is responsible for personal data processed to run the Frymora service. For privacy requests, contact fatmiriv@gmail.com.
Data we collect
Account data: name, email address, account identifiers and plan status supplied through sign-in.
Creative data: prompts, documents, images, video, audio, voice samples, settings and generated results you choose to submit or save.
Payment data: subscription, transaction, country, tax and limited payment-status information from Paddle. Frymora does not receive or store your full card number.
Usage and support data: device and browser information, IP address, security and generation logs, feature activity, error reports and communications with us.
How we use data
We use data to create and secure accounts; process subscriptions; run requested generations; store and display your library; provide support; restore credits after confirmed failures; prevent fraud and abuse; maintain performance; comply with law; and communicate important service information.
Where applicable, our legal bases include performing our contract with you, legitimate interests in operating and securing Frymora, compliance with legal obligations and consent where required.
Services that process data
We share only the data needed with providers that help deliver Frymora, including Paddle for payments, authentication and hosting providers, storage and monitoring services, and the generation provider selected for your requested model or workflow.
Your uploaded references and prompts may be transmitted to those generation providers to produce the requested result. Their processing and retention practices may also apply. We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
Providers may process data outside Kosovo or your country. Where required, we rely on recognized transfer safeguards, contractual protections or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
Retention
We retain account and billing records while your account is active and as needed for tax, fraud-prevention, dispute and legal obligations. Creative content is retained while it appears in your library or for a limited operational backup period after deletion. Security logs and support records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for their purpose.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted transport, restricted credentials and operational safeguards designed to protect data. No online service is completely secure, so you should avoid uploading information that is not necessary for your generation.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your personal data, or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent and complain to an appropriate data-protection authority.
We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Some information must be retained when required by law or needed to protect legal claims.
Cookies and local storage
Frymora may use essential cookies or browser storage for sign-in, security, preferences, checkout continuity and core service operation. Optional analytics or advertising technologies will be offered with any consent controls required by law before they are activated.
Children and changes
Frymora is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to online services in their country. Do not submit a child’s likeness or voice without all required authority and consent.
We may update this policy as Frymora changes. Material updates will be posted here with a new effective date and, where appropriate, communicated through the service.
